The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.
At Julie Overberg Family Dentistry we understand that as you delve into what treatment option best suits your smile, that financial considerations often play a role.
Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it.
We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards for our dental services. However we do understand that these options aren’t the best fit for everyone, we are excited to offer plans through a medical financing option called “CareCredit”.
This plan allows interest free monthly payments based on credit approval. This may be in conjunction with insurance benefits to pay for that portion not covered by your insurance plan.
Patients with insurance – The portion not covered by your insurance plan is expected at the time services are rendered. Your portion may be combined with CareCredit.
For our patients with dental insurance, our professional services are provided to you, not your insurance company. Therefore, you are directly responsible to us for payment of treatment. As a courtesy, we will do our best to help you derive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
The insurance estimates we give you are based on limited information obtained from your insurance company. We allow 60 days for your insurance company to make payment. After this time, all inquiries or follow-ups on payment due become your responsibility.
If there are any questions regarding this policy, please bring them to our attention and we will be happy to clarify the matter.”
FINANCING THROUGH CARECREDIT
CareCredit works as a credit card for medial expenses exclusively. CareCredit offers a range of zero down-payment plans. For purchases of $200, or more they offer no added interest if paid in full within 12 months. You are able to go through the prequalification process with no impact to your credit score and will receive an instant qualification, or denial upon submitting the prequalification. At this time you may select to accept their offer that available to you if interest.
