The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you.
Your smile is yours forever, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care when you need it.
By establishing a clearly defined method of payment, we hope to eliminate confusion, simplify insurance claims, and provide more thorough coverage for our patients. So that we will both have a definite understanding, please select the payment plan that is most appropriate for your budget.
1. Major Credit Card – We accept Visa or MasterCard
2. Extended Payment Plan – CareCredit Card – This plan allows interest free monthly payments based on credit approval. This may be in conjunction with insurance benefits to pay for that portion not covered by your insurance plan.
3. Patients with insurance – The portion not covered by your insurance plan is expected at the time services are rendered. May be combined with CareCredit.
For our patients with dental insurance, our professional services are provided to you, not your insurance company. Therefore, you are directly responsible to us for payment of treatment. As a courtesy, we will do our best to help you derive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
The insurance estimates we give you are based on limited information obtained from your insurance company. We allow 60 days for your insurance company to make payment. After this time, all inquires or follow-ups on payment due become your responsibility.
