The goal of emergency dental treatments is to relieve pain. Due to scheduling, we may not be able to complete your treatment the same day but we will get you comfortable. We understand that having a toothache is one of the worst feelings and we work very diligently to treat all of our emergency patients in a timely manner. In order to give you the highest quality of care there are a few things we must do first in order to get to the root of the issue. Emergency dental appointments start with a list of specific questions and appropriate x-rays that help us to identify where the pain is coming from. After taking x-rays Dr. Overberg will do an exam to access the area/tooth and will provide you with treatment options. If we are not able to provide full treatment same day we will schedule you for a return appointment as quickly as possible.

It is important to remember that if you have a true medical emergency, especially difficulty breathing that you should either dial 911, or go immediately to the nearest emergency room.
